How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Pre-order shipping dates are listed on the specific product page and usually ship to arrive on or near the official release date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Metal Blade releases worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred by their local government.

What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?

We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of collectible music, we cannot accept returns on opened vinyl or CDs unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to it. We recommend placing a new order for the additional items. If your original order hasn't shipped, you can contact support to cancel it and place a single combined order.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

What should I do if my vinyl arrives warped?

We take great care in packaging our vinyl, but heat during transit can occasionally cause issues. If your record is unplayable due to warping, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the damage.
