Metal Blade Records wants you to be satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't a perfect fit or arrives damaged, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that vinyl, CDs, and limited edition media must remain in their original factory shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and that all media remains factory sealed before initiating your request.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
